Visitors’ Berthing
The marina office is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Booking a visitors’ berth at Universal Marina is extremely straightforward, just call the office on 01489 574272 or VHF channel 80 prior to your arrival & we will reserve a berth for you. If you require assistance on arrival we will be happy to take your lines and show you the facilities.

Toilets and Showers
The modern shower and toilet facilities are located centrally on the ground floor of the main office block, opposite the main car park. Other facilities are also located in Unit 26 Building. These are for the private use of Universal clients only and can be accessed by using the berth holder's key fob.

Laundry
There is a laundry towards the top of site in Hanger 2; please ask marina office for directions. Complete with washer, drier and sink, the machines take £1 and 50 pence coins.

Trolleys
Trolleys are available from both bridgeheads & by the two main car parks. These are released using a £1 coin.

Gas
Gas is available from the Marina Office.

Fuel
Although fuel is not available at Universal Marina, there are three fuelling sites on the River Hamble. Swanwick Marina, Port Hamble Marina and Warsash - please view map to locate.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome, and may enjoy the local walks along the tow path, but should be kept on a leash while at the Marina.  Should fouling occur, clean it up!

Storage
We have shelf storage available within the main office block or alternatively you can hire your own 40sq ft container, for details and availability please enquire within the marina office.

Security
Security of the marina site is of the upmost importance to us. A key fob is issued to permanent berth holders, giving them access to the main gate, pontoons and showers. CCTV cameras monitor the marina site, gates and main car park, and security guards visit to patrol the marina at night. Our marina staff also complete detailed checks on the pontoons every morning to ensure all the boats are safe and undisturbed.

Car Parking
There is ample parking onsite, with dedicated disabled spaces located in the main car park and at the North bridge head gate

Getting to Universal

By Water

By Road
Leave the M27 at Junction 8.
Then at the roundabout take the third exit onto the A3024. 
At Windhover Roundabout take the first exit onto the A27.
After approximately two miles you will pass a cricket pitch on your right hand side, immediately after this turn right onto Barnes Lane.
Take the first right onto Holly Hill Lane.
Turn right onto Crableck Lane, this will lead you down to the marina.
