Summer get together?

Postby mlines » Mon Jul 30, 2012 9:14 am

So with a general improvement in the weather and with a couple of people meeting up, is there any bigger get together planned? Poole weekend?

I could be persuaded to go to Poole. What weekend is the air show? We could cruise down for a bit of that and stop over on the Saturday night.

Or pretty much any other weekend in August to be honest.

Otherwise we could revisit the meet at Mercury plan and explore the East end of the IoW?

That'e me out for the air show then. Last weekend before eldest expense heads of to foreign parts. Don't think I'll be allowed out. :(

Any weekend leading up to that would be good. Anyone fancy a gathering at Mercury?

Certainly intending to get out for the Cowes Torquay thing.

Sounds good. Mercury or Poole? For obvious reasons I'd prefer Mercury.

I'd prefer mercury as well. I don't think I would be able to do Poole.

Weather starting to look a bit iffy for the weekend, typical.

I'm still planning to get out for the powerboat start / finish and will be generally about if anyone else is?
