River Trent Newark To Colwick

Hi all new here iam the brother of gazjen the one with the problem sealine 5.7 volvo penta you may have read the post s, Anyway on with the story brought this boat in Nov 2010 my intention was to move the boat to its new mooring before Christmas that year , Well moved it yesterday and pleased well pleased in fact just thought i would share a few pics of its run to its new beth at colwick marina and introduce myself . Must thank Gaz for his help on some of the coldest days known to man it was all worth it.

Looking good Phil, Nice to see it mobile

Did you manage to get the jet wash round it in the end?

And another post in the Midlands section!

EDIT: just noticed the green has gone off the swim platform in the last pic, so yes it did get a bath :)

Yes mate got it looking like someone owns her now, was going to write that i cleaned her up in the photo but did nt .

Thats a "gorgeous" boat and you are so lucky to have Gaz as your brother. :D

Compare the slow wake shot against the speed wake shot........?? Several corrections at slow speeds...no keel and rudder, however at speed shot...steady as a rock.

What's the speed limit around that powerstation? Only asking coz it looks like you are going at a fair rate - of course if you'd prefer not to say.... :)

Thanks Cap n jack very pleased with it just needs a good polish and a few minor bits need sorting can do them jobs while we enjoy her during the summer

We was doing just 6 mph officer and my 12 year old was piloting !!!!!!!!!
