Well the weather in terms of Wind/Sea State was better than we thought.
We launched from Rockley which was a new one for us as Cobbs Quay has priced itself out of the market (£35 as opposed to £48 - plus the trailer parking is much cheaper as well)
A nice slipway which is available at all tides, we launched at low tide. Local dinghy school also launched but soon cleared. Easy slip to use but 2wd vehicles may find that the wind blown sand makes it slippery
We got around to Swanage (which was a surprise to us given the forecast). Passed H20 Ringo'ing on the way (took some video). And found the others rafted up at the harbour wall, so it would have been rude not to hang off the raft.
By my reckoning, Gazgen, YingYang (Colin), DPB101(Dominic), Jokaboat (Colin) and us.
The Jokaboat and Gazgen turned up and provided the passers-by with some entertainment by pulling the entire raft to the shore and climbing aboard, by the time this was completed an appreciative audience had grown.
The sea had really got up in Poole Harbour entrance when we returned, now safely tied up at Salterns
